Kaivara is a place located in Chickballapur district of Karnataka state. The city Kaivara is famous for the temple Kaivara Tatayya (You can refer the history using the link Kaivara Tatayya).
Towards
right from left- Rajendra (Raja), Sandeep (Sandy), Navaneeth, Chandra, Rakesh (Raku), Shivaraj (Shiv). It was held on
last day of 2011 for just welcome the year 2012.
The
total journey was around 150 km for both up and down from Bangalore.
We had only six people in entire ride.
We
left Bangalore at morning 7.30 am because to just avoid Bangalore
traffic. Reached Chinthamani Kaivara Thathaiyya temple at around 10
am and taken prasadam (Laddu), by eating this we postponed our hunger
for one to two hour. Then after had one mini trekking to a hill
located in front of the temple.
We spent around one to two hours in hill. The
history of the hill is, in Mahabaratha the great hero Bhima was fight
against with Mr.Bakhasura and killed him, and got a great victory,
this fighting was happened in the same hill (As per the local
person). As soon as we come from trekking, the lunch was ready in
Thathaiyya temple as a prasadam, the taste was awesome had full lunch
in temple.
Our
journey was continued from Thathaiyya temple towards the place called
Kailasa Giri. The temple was so beautiful and it was built under a
big rock, the entire rock was drilled by men and made like a cave.
Had
a good DHYANAM inside the cave with pronouncing OM word. We heard a
great reflect of the word OM as an echo. This echo was just made us
to pronounce the word again and again. The reflection was so clear so
that we started to sing the swaras SA, RE, GA, MA, PA, DA, NI, SA.
While singing RE after SA, the hole cave was reflected the swara SA,
the combination of SA and RE give us a feeling like we are somewhere
in the heaven.
This
is the last ride we had on year 2011, total plan was made by
Navaneeth. Left Kaivara at around 4.30 pm and reached Bangalore at
night. My partner in bike was Rakesh, he always famous for his jokes.
Most of the times he makes himself as a joker and makes every one
laugh. So my entire ride was went super.
Here
I need to mention one more guy Rajendra. He is famous for his
photography in our troop. Normally all people cannot take good photos
even they have good camera. Photography really depends upon interest
of the person.
Sandeep
never miss any bike rides, he has great grip and hold in his bike and
always keep first in track. Normally the person who sits behind him
will always in scary mood. Our one more friend Chandra (Navaneeth’s
brother) he is so energetic person, now also he is continuing his
picnic in US by visiting different places of US, in every weekend.
